Shipping & Delivery Policy

Here at Replica Sabers, we expect to dispatch your order within 3-7 Days, Mon-Friday. Once dispatched, orders usually take 2-6 days to reach you.

*Please note that accessories purchased on their own will be added £4.50 for additional shipping costs.

We cover Import/customs and VAT costs within our prices. However, some countries such as, but not limited to Turkey do have potential additional fees which we do not cover. If you are unsure, please check countries import fees . These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Deliveries​
 

For parcels requested to be delivered to a safe space. Please note, we are not responsible for any packages being lost or stolen if you have requested your delivery to be delivered to a safe space. You will need to contact the courier directly to resolve in this instance.

Lost or stolen packages

For lost or stolen packages, you must contact us within 48 hours. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to help further and you will need to contact the courier directly to investigate.

In the event you package has become lost during transit, we will need 3-5 work days to allow the courier to investigate. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a full refund, or replacement at our discretion.
