Our Weathered ROTJ Edition takes Luke’s Return of the Jedi hilt and applies the wear of its story by hand — scuffed edges, darkened grooves, a finish that reads like the prop after the war. Machined from 6063 aircraft-grade aluminium.

The Sail Barge
Above the Pit of Carkoon, Luke ignites the green blade for the first time and dismantles Jabba’s entire retinue — the moment the farm boy is gone and the Jedi Knight stands revealed.
The Throne Room Restraint
Luke’s greatest ROTJ victory is the blow he doesn’t strike — casting this saber aside before the Emperor rather than finish his fallen father. The weathering tells that whole war.
A Knight’s Own Blade
Built by Luke’s own hands after Bespin, this hilt owes its lines to Obi-Wan’s — the student honouring the master while surpassing him.
History of the Saber
Luke constructed this saber himself before Return of the Jedi, modelling it on plans from Obi-Wan’s hut. The weathered edition captures it as carried — through Tatooine’s sand, Endor’s forest and the Death Star’s throne room.
Combat Style
By ROTJ Luke fights in a matured Form V — his father’s power tempered by his own restraint. Aggressive when he must be, and strong enough to stop. The full-size hilt balances exactly as the screen version should.
